01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files your browser stores when you visit a site. They let the site remember your session and preferences between pages and visits. We also use similar in-browser storage, to which this same policy applies.
02Exactly what we use

| Type | Purpose | Can it be disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Keeping your session open after sign-in, protecting forms from abuse, and load balancing. | No — sign-in cannot work without them |
| Preferences | Remembering your chosen language and light or dark theme. | Yes — cleared by clearing site data |
| Performance | Measuring application errors and load times so we can fix problems. | Yes |
We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and we do not permit third parties to place advertising trackers through our platform.
03Third-party cookies
The authentication provider we use may set a cookie necessary to manage your sign-in session, and the hosting provider sets technical cookies for request routing. These are operational and are not used for advertising tracking.
Fonts are loaded from an external provider, which may log your IP address as part of serving them. We receive no data about you from that provider.
04How to control them
- You can delete cookies and clear local storage from your browser settings at any time.
- You can set your browser to block them entirely — noting that sign-in will not work if you do.
- Your language and theme preferences are stored locally in your browser only and never reach us.
05Changes to this policy
If we introduce a new category of cookie, we will update this page and seek your consent where the law requires it.
